| Sailboats was a screamo band from Berkeley, California. In 2003 they recorded a 2-song demo and played several shows throughout California. Sometime before their break up they recorded an LP which has never been released. Members went on to join Loma Prieta, who have been known to cover Sailboats’ ‘Behind Trees’ live.Sailboats are the subject of an internet rumour stating that two of the band members were killed in a fatal automobile accident whilst on tour in 2003. This is, however untrue and a hoax that was started by the band. |

Right, that’s more like it… better look than Closure I think…
Will stick with this one.
I enjoyed the track, it was good like all of your music you listen to!
Thanks for the download =) emotive hardcore is so awesome
i like their second song “two” even more than “behind trees”….it’s so full of energy!
and i thought some members recorded two more songs, which are much worse than the first two songs?
and does anyone know more about this unreleased lp? i would love to hear it! :D
the unreleased LP was never released, it was released to Loma prieta’s demo and “our LP is your EP”
I think I have a copy of this demo I have got for free at 2008 Cry me a river fest!
LP was never recorded. Some liar shoutbox in sailboats last.fm page stating that discos huelga released a /5 copy of the unreleased LP. That is a hoax lie discos huelga never did this release. I wouldve been the first to know of this.
saw Loma Prieta perform Behind Trees at CMAR 2010. I would give an arm to be there again. No way this is forgotten.
